Privacy
A fan-made, non-profit site. This page says what it keeps about you, why, and how to remove it. No ads, no trackers, nothing sold or shared.
When you log in
Your Discord id, username, display name and avatar. When you first and last visited and how many times you have logged in. A login cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. The site asks Discord only who you are and whether you are in the server, never for your password or messages.
If you link your Yostar account
Your Yostar account id and server, and the login Yostar gives the site, stored encrypted, so it can sync for you. A sync brings in your operators, outfits, depot, base, squads and stage progress, and your headhunting history when you sync that. The site never sees your Yostar password, and the email code is used once and not kept. Unlink removes the login and everything a sync brought in.
What you make here
Goals and plans, saved base layouts, teams and squads, settings, music likes, playlists and listening history, the headhunting simulator, your wishlist and notifications, which patch notes you have read, and how often you open each page (for Home's shortcuts).
Community
Your Doctor file and medal board, assessments, Timeline answers, the Exchange shares you post and the votes, saves and reports you make, and the rest of your Community activity. Other Doctors see only what your Doctor file shows and what you share.
Recruitment and feedback
The tags a recruitment scan reads (never the screenshot) and the recruitments you log. Feedback you send, its screenshots, and the page you sent it from.
Keeping the site running
For 14 days, the page each logged-in session was last on and how many requests it made, seen only by Staff. Daily encrypted backups of the database, kept for 14 days. The site is served through Cloudflare, which sees your address like any web host. Copies kept from before site updates hold game data only.
Who sees it
The Staff.
Delete my data
On your Account page, under Your Data, Delete My Data removes everything above at once and logs you out. Two things stay: feedback you sent, as a report with your name and id taken off, and anything Staff set for you (an access exemption, a role, a Home character, Staff's own log). Backups age out within 14 days.
Questions and takedowns
Ask in the site's channel on the Discord server. Game data and art belong to Hypergryph and Yostar. This site is not affiliated with them.
